I have wanted to start a blog for a few years now, however the mix of perfectionism and insecurity in my personality has prevented me from doing so until today.
I don’t have a well formed idea of what I want this blog to look like, but I thought that I might as well start it and let it take its form. I intend to write mostly about technology – tools that I use, projects I did – but I will not limit myself to that if I find myself wanting to write about other things.
I’m sure you noticed the visual theme of this blog is extremely minimalist. I chose to not waste anytime on things that could stop me from getting this blog started, and I believe the biggest barrier would be design. Therefore I looked for the most minimalist theme I could find and started writing.
With that in mind, I thought I could start by sharing how I became motivated to start this blog (yet again, but this time for real) once and for all. My next post will outline how I learned about life calendars – a visual representation of your whole life and give you the option of easily generating your own life calendar.
